As Vice President of Marketing at ProcedureFlow, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company's overall marketing strategy.

Job requirements

You will be:

  • Build, plan and implement ProcedureFlow’s overall marketing strategy
  • Identify, schedule and execute marketing campaigns, maximizing the effectiveness of campaigns in multichannel advertising
  • Translate customer experience insights into inside-out-driven execution
  • Create a content marketing strategy and hands-on associated content that reflects an understanding of key audiences and aligns high-impact content to audience needs
  • Select and manage relevant advertising and marketing campaign management tools, technologies and applications in conjunction with other organization stakeholders
  • Establish and report on a set of key metrics that align digital marketing objectives with the underlying drivers of the business
  • Use multiple data sources to deliver the right content and messaging at the right time in the right channel
  • Demonstrate the impact of digital marketing activities on engagement, sales and ROI
  • Allocate and manage budget and resources to meet strategic priorities
  • Build relationships, and communicate vision and marketing roadmap
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts and profiles on partner websites
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and perform complex analyses
  • Align closely with sales leaders on performance trends and future needs
  • Organize and lead marketing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Lead all aspects of virtual and in-person events including research, execution, and post-event analysis

We're looking for:

You are highly creative. You have digital marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies, creating content and utilizing different marketing channels to achieve business goals.

  • 5-10 years of experience in a Marketing Leadership role
  • 10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Familiarity with media and performance measurement as well as attribution and media mix modeling
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a proven ability to explain complex digital concepts and technologies
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Marketing automation and CRM software
  • SaaS, domain knowledge and Product Marketing experience is a strong asset
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
