Job description

We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Senior Designer who will thrive in a multifaceted, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment to join the Marketing team here at ProcedureFlow. If you are passionate about creativity and supporting the Marketing team this role is for you. In this role, you will oversee all design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery, as well as maintain overall branding across company assets.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects. From creating content for marketing campaigns, editing videos, creating short animations, and much more. At ProcedureFlow you will be able to focus and expand on what you do best and sharpen the skills you're looking to develop further.

Job requirements

You will:

  • Assist with creating designs to support the Marketing team’s execution of campaigns and projects
  • Create and oversee compelling graphical material, such as graphics, presentations, illustrations, infographics, ebooks, and more
  • Help with building sales assets such as presentation decks, and other related activities
  • Create multimedia content, from video to motion and graphic design, for various digital applications
  • Assist with video production and photo-shoots
  • Maintain consistency of brand guidelines and tone in all designs and across all projects
  • Maintain and update asset library
  • Collaborate across teams

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience leading a team of designers
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Microsoft Word)
  • Video editing skills
  • Animation and motion graphic skills
  • Web design knowledge
  • Proven ability to work & collaborate with others as well as work independently
  • Comfortable with deadlines and juggling multiple projects
