Job description

At ProcedureFlow, we're growing our team and are looking for creative Design Interns.
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, from building marketing campaign assets, shooting and editing video, creating basic animations, creating content for multiple social media platforms, as well as web design and development. With ProcedureFlow you will be able to focus and expand on what you do best — whether that’s graphic design, animation, web design, or video production — and sharpen the skills you're looking to develop further.

Job requirements

You will:

  • Assist with creating designs to support the Marketing team’s execution of campaigns and projects (print, digital, social, etc.)
  • Create compelling graphical material, such as Powerpoint presentations, one-pager pdf's, illustration, infographics and ebooks
  • Help with building sales assets such as presentation decks, and other related activities
  • Create multimedia content, from video to motion and graphic design, for various digital applications 
  • Assist with video production and photo-shoots
  • Be open to feedback to continually improve design skills
  • Maintain consistency of brand guidelines and tone in all designs
  • Maintain and update asset library
  • Collaborate across teams

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effect, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Microsoft Word)
  • Basic animation and video editing knowledge
  • Experience with web and digital design an asset
  • Proven ability to work & collaborate with others as well as work independently
  • Comfortable under pressure and juggling multiple projects
